“I’d like to say thank you for the 3 day juice cleanse. I personally lost 7lbs, and it has reset my eating habits. I have lots of energy and genuinely feel great.
My husband lost almost a stone!!! He too feels fantastic. He has psoriatic arthritis that has been difficult to control but after the cleanse his skin is clear and his more troublesome joints are less achy. The elimination of caffeine, bread and other processed foods over such a short period has had a huge impact.

“I haven’t done a juice detox in a long time now because I was pregnant then breastfeeding, but if you follow me long enough you know I used to do them regularly (every 3 months or so). They are so great for just reboosting your body! I always feel great after, my skin gets better and I just feel better and have more energy. It’s also amazing when I feel overwhelmed and I go off my normal diet too much, it gives me a fresh start.
I’m going on holidays next week so I thought it would be a nice start, usually I’d do it after the holidays but I just really was craving for it now. Plus depending (for me) on my cycle sometimes it’s easier to stick to it and sometimes it’s harder.
